Why did people like the original Bulletstorm so much? Because aside from being rather goofy, it has maybe the best gameplay in a shooter at the time of release. You will like the fact that Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition retains some of the original flavor, but it takes the game to some new heights as well!
Gameplay For Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition
What you loved in the original game is still here. The gameplay is untouched, although they did add some new game modes and a bit more content to make the game more meaningful and unique. They did a very good job at keeping the core as it was because that’s what really brought the game to life and which made it so cool in the first place.
The skill shot mechanics and leash is so freaking cool! You will always get to feel like a superhero in Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition and the simple fact that you get to enjoy so many different aspects of the game is what really will keep you coming back for more. This is not just a game you play (or play and beat) in a few hours, sit it on your shelf and never play again. Although the purchase price is a bit too steep, the reality is that the game does come with some strong incentives. Right from the start, it’s a delight to enjoy and it does provide you with a great value for your money. The more time you take with it, the better it will get for you. The gruesome fun is there and the fact that you have so many ways to kill your enemies is insanely addicting all the time. They did an amazing job when it comes to the high octane action presented in the game. But the true start is definitely the graphics makeover.
Graphics of Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition
Yes, the visuals are second to none and the 4K graphics have never been so appealing. Even if I think that the original game did look pretty good, the addition of 4K textures just takes this to a whole new level.
That doesn’t necessarily mean this is a new game. No, it’s still the old game but it was fleshed out and it does look nice. The character design might need a bit more work to be honest, as I do believe that the models could have been a bit better from a visual standpoint. Nothing too harsh, but these are things you will note as you try to play the game, I can definitely state that.
Conclusion of Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition
While playing Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition, I had a lot of fun and that shows that this remaster keeps what’s important. Some of the new game modes may not make a lot of sense and the game does have a slow pace at first. I am really happy with Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition, despite its minor mishaps.
Overall Rating of Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition: 7.5/10
