PC Gaming Chair – Extreme Comfort

I do not play PC games, as you probably ALL know by now. However, I am in my chair from morning until night, usually 6 sometimes 7 days a week writing. Have it be on Gamers Elite or one of my other websites, writing books, doing research for books, writing for businesses or whatever else, my butt is almost always in my chair. Over the years I have gone through ALL sorts of “desk” chairs. And in my honest opinion, desk chairs suck. They say ergonomic, but are they really? My back doesn’t think so! So instead of buying desk chairs, I actually started buying gaming chairs about 2 years ago. I went through my share of crappy ones, but I also found some really good ones too. So if you are a PC gamer and you are looking for comfortable PC gaming chairs, this is definitely the article for you...

The Best Portable Gaming Consoles Part 2

In an earlier article, I started to write Part 1 of the best portable gaming consoles. This blog will continue that topic.

You can read the previous choices here.

PlayStation Portable 3000 Core Pack System

This is like the one I had, but I had a PSP and it was so much fun. I remember when I first bought it, it was with my Christmas money, many many moons ago and I had a ton of gaming time on it. “The PSP-3000 PlayStation Portable offers a beautiful screen that is brighter than ever, giving you a multitude of entertainment options on the go. Play games, listen to music, connect to the Internet, watch movies, and do more, all in a sleek compact package that you can easily bring with you wherever you go.”

This specific one is used...

The Best Portable Gaming Consoles Part 1

A few years ago, portable gaming consoles were incredibly popular and there were quite a few different options available. Then, it sort of just went stagnant. Now though, once again there are portable gaming consoles popping up all over the place. But, with all these options available, how do you know which portable gaming consoles are good and which ones are not? It starts with the brand, in my opinion. If you have a brand that is well known, chances are they will have a better system. Here are just a few of my favorites that also happen to be highly rated.

Hyperkin SupaBoy S, Portable Pocket SNES Console

It should already be pretty obvious from reading past articles on Gamers Elite that I LIKE Hyperkin as a company and I think they come up with some really great ideas for systems...

The Best Xbox One Chat Pad

Chatpads used to be all the rage.  Especially on the Xbox 360.  They are still popular on the Xbox One though because not everyone wants to download the app for the Xbox nor do they have a Kinect.  I have a Kinect but its so wishy washy and works whenever it wants, that I decided to buy an Xbox One chat pad for those times I need to type quickly.

The Xbox One chat pad is specifically for the controller.  It connects to the controller by way of a connector or a hub and allows you to use the chat pad as a keyboard to write private messages to other people.

In terms of Xbox One chat pads, there are a lot of different ones to choose from, but these are by far the best ones to consider.

Its Moving Day! (for me!)

The time has finally come.  I’ll be packing up on the 12th and moving to a new location.  Unfortunately, this also means I will not have internet access for a few days.  No laptop, no Xbox, no TV.  Oh, the humanity!!!!  I am still trying to post a few articles up but chances are it will not be anywhere close to the 3-5 a day I post now.  More like 1 a day until I get the internet back!

I’ll be back very soon though and then we can continue this little journey with each other.

The Ultimate Gaming Room Set Up

After hearing and writing about the Xbox One X, or even before that, I have always thought about what type of set up I would have if money wasn’t an issue.  If you had the biggest room or the biggest house, and money was absolutely not an issue, what do you think your setup would be for your game room or Xbox?

Over the years I have changed my mind a few times, but that’s mainly because of the technology available 5 years ago versus last year, versus today.  My dream setup is always changing because technology is always changing!

1- Visual Media

I think a lot of people would choose something like a projector to play their games on.  Not me.  I would choose something like this:

Samsung Electronics UN75MU6300FXZA 74.5″ 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2017)

The Samsung MU6300 Ultra HDTV redefin...

SNES Classic Edition Coming Soon

Nintendo recently made an announcement that they would be releasing the SNES Classic Edition which will be released in September. As of right now, there is no product links on Amazon for pre-order but I think this will probably come pretty soon considering its already July!

Just like with the original NES that was released earlier, the SNES Classic Edition will include games already on the system. A lot of people really like this option because it allows you to play SNES Classic Edition games without having to store or buy cartridges. I’m pretty partial because I would rather choose the games I want rather than have them pre-determined for me. Just the same, I would definitely be interested in buying the SNES Classic Edition because its a nostalgic system just like the NES is for me.

Overwatch Statues For Sale?

Since Overwatch was first put out, Blizzard has been putting these, albeit cool, but overly expensive statues out. Hey, I don’t mind spending money but come on. These start at $200 and go up to $450! The newest one, which features D.VA will be released in the 4th quarter of 2017 and its a whopping $450, which is just insane. So far Windowmaker, Tracer, and Reaper are available. All for $150.

And as you know D.VA is a pretty damn popular character – hers which will release soon, is also a cool $450.

Modern Warfare Remastered Confirmed For Standalone Purchase

I remember when Infinite Warfare first was announced – people were incredibly pissed off that it was yet another futuristic game, but what they were even more pissed off about was the fact that their beloved Modern Warfare Remastered and the ONLY way they could get it was if they also bought Infinite Warfare.

I can tell you now, as a person that has been involved in many businesses and platforms, people don’t like to be told they HAVE to do something. People like options! I don’t blame them. For me, personally, I could have cared less about Modern Warfare, but I bought the Legacy Edition for Infinite Warfare because they made it sound like this was the ONLY way you could ever get Modern Warfare Remastered...
