Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is a much-anticipated game for 2017. Its predecessor Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor which was released back in 2014 had a cult following. This is a game in which is based on J.R.R Tolkien’s fantasy novels, The Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit. We ALL know how popular those movies and novels were so its no surprise that Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor was also incredibly popular (and still played today!). On February 2017 they announced that the new game, Middle Earth: Shadow of War would be available on October 10th, 2017. This game will be available on Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4. The original date was set for August, but unfortunately the date got moved up!

I sort of knew what to expect when playing the Call Of Duty WW2 Beta, because like I said earlier, I watched Elite Shot play it on his PlayStation 4. But, until you really get into it you really don’t know how its going to feel. I was a little late yesterday because I was out of town, but I did play when I got home yesterday night. I played until I reached level 10 – and I played ALL of the modes.
Gamers Elite previously wrote about divisions and how they would work in the Call Of Duty WW2 Beta, but as always, you don’t really know until you can use them and SEE how they do work.
There are 5 Divisions in the Call Of Duty WW2 Beta
We got to see a little bit of Assassin’s Creed Origins at the Microsoft Press Conference but they actually played an Alpha Game Play sequence in the Ubisoft Press Conference. The game, as always, looks really good. Its quite a different game though considering they are in Egypt. I really think that this was a hook, line, and sinker for a lot of people (including me). I mean HELLO! Its Egypt! Full of history and wonder.
I am not one of those people that have every single game and knows the entire story of AC through and through. I do enjoy the game though and would consider getting this down the line and putting my time and money into it AFTER I play my other games.
This one is going to be available on Xbox One, PS4 and of course PC. It will be available to play on October 24th...
I was recently on a trip to GameStop to check out what they had, plus they always have those little papers with the upcoming games and I wanted to make sure I had everything in order for the Gamers Elite blog! I was talking to one of the guys there and we started talking about how no one makes good pirate games. Then I mentioned that they were having 2 coming out – Skull and Bones AND Sea Of Thieves. Both of them look really good in their own way and each one is a completely different game.
Skull and Bones has a really gritty but fun look, while Sea Of Thieves looks more puzzlish and fun...
The Crew 2 and Crackdown 3 were not available the first time I went to pre-order games on my BIG LIST, but a few days after, during E3 you were finally able to pre-order on some of the websites online. You can bet your butt that I went on as soon as I was able to and Pre-ordered The Crew 2. The Crew was one of those games, for me, that fit with my love of racing and cool cars, as well as cool gameplay options. I mean you were able to travel all over the United States.
The Crew 2 is slated to release in 2018, but you can still pre-order it just to get it out of the way, especially if you are like me and you plan on buying a bunch of games! The Crew was one of those games I got because Need For Speed was not releasing a game and I needed my fill of racing...
Lets be honest. I love my Xbox One. But, over the years there have been an increasing amount of games on PlayStation that really made me want a PlayStation. In fact, down the line, I probably WILL get a PlayStation 4 because I see a lot of games that have great stories behind them, fantastic graphics, or its just been a series I have been following for awhile. Before I ever even owned an Xbox, I was a Nintendo and Sony girl. I only actually settled into Xbox One because there were a few games, at the time, that I wanted more for Xbox One than PlayStation. The games listed below are ALL PlayStation 4 Exclusive Games. Games I want, games I love, games YOU love! If I miss one or two, let me know in the comments below.
The Order 1886
Okay, so I know that The Order didn’t get as much love that ...
One of the most difficult things about writing about video games is the fact that dates always change! Well, recently Far Cry 5 announced that their new game 5, will actually be released in 2018, not 2017. You can still pre-order it though! You can do so here:
State Of Decay is yet another game with a huge following. When the original State Of Decay featured back in 2013 I don’t really think people realized how big of a game it would be. It was after all, just zombies right? Wrong! At the time there were a few other Zombie games out there, but back in 2014 Undead Labs announced that 2 million copies of the game were sold and now in 2017 that number has gone up quite a lot, especially with #2 on the way. State Of Decay 2 will be released on Windows and Xbox one so essentially you could consider this an Xbox Exclusive. Here is a trailer for State Of Decay 2:
This is not just any zombies game. First off, its open world which means you have a ton of space to explore and find new challenges...
