Bethesda sure made it late to the E3 conference last night! I think that was probably one of the latest E3 Press Conferences… ever! It was worth the wait though, and the sleepiness. While Bethesda had a few games featured right off the bat – The Evil Within and Wolfenstein, as well as the new Dishonored Game – which we previously talked about last month, they also showcased a few other surprises. So without further ado, lets get right into it!
Virtual reality is a HUGE thing right now so everyone is getting in on this, from Nintendo to Bethesda. They said that Fallout 4, as well as Doom, will be getting their own VR editions.
Paid Mods With Creation Club
Bethesda has also said that they will have a Creation Club which will allow you to download credits to be able to access the new content and then allow you to create mods. However, its safe to say that these are not going to be cheap. In fact, chances are they will be extremely expensive.
Skyrim Switch Ammibo
Bethesda also mentioned that you can use a Skyrim Amiibo to dress up as Link. I guess this is something people are into? But I don’t really get the fascination!
Standalone Dishonored Game
Bethesda also said that they will be releasing a standalone game on September 15, 2017. The game will feature Billie Lurk and Doud. Most people that have played Dishonored have said that the DLC was even better than the main game so therefore people have a lot of high hopes for this standalone game!
Friday The 13th The Evil Within 2
They will also be releasing The Evil Within 2 on October 13th, 2017. The trailer they showed was a little confusing – what is the point of the game exactly? I was sort of lost on this one, to be honest. hopefully, as time gets closer more will be revealed about the game.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
Its been awhile since a new Wolfenstein game came out, so this was a big fan favorite. The trailer looked incredibly good. It was quite long and they allowed us to see quite a bit of the game as a whole. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is coming out in October as well!
That’s about it. Definitely not as much content as Microsoft, but still some goodies in there. As more information about these games becomes available, along with pre-order information, come back to Gamers Elite to find out more.
