Games Coming Soon For Nintendo Switch

When the Nintendo Switch first came out a lot of people were upset at the amount of games – or lack of games available for the system. A few months ago Gamers Elite wrote a few articles on the fact that Nintendo would be fixing this and a LOT of games would be coming out in 2017.

Already, Nintendo Switch has a whopping 160 some games available. Nice! Its much better than when the system was first released and literally only a handful of games were available. But, Nintendo Switch isnt stopping there. There are also another 50 or so games coming soon ie; are in development but have not been released yet.

Today I would like to go through some of those games so that you can get ready if you have a Nintendo Switch. Below you will find the game name, the description for the game, and of course purchase links and variations on editions.

Redout
This item will be released on October 24, 2017.

Redout is a high-speed, futuristic racing game from 34BigThings. Featuring a low-poly art style and a physics-driven gameplay model, humanity’s best pilots compete in the Solar Redout Racing League, driving anti gravity ships on magnetic tracks across an abandoned Earth. The game is divided between a career, quick race and multiplayer modes. The player can control the craft’s throttle, direction, energy, yaw and pitch to avoid grinding the walls and floor, but also to counter blackouts and redouts as the tracks unfold. Before each race, two powerups can be installed on each craft, these allow for some degree of customization of the craft’s behavior during the race, such as increased grip, shields or energy.

DOOM
This item will be released on December 31, 2017.

Yes indeedy – DOOM is coming to Nintendo Switch! The default date is really just a placard unfortunately. Gamers Elite has talked about this before for previous games. 99.9999% of the time when a game is said to release on the last day of December it usually means the following year, in this case 2018. But, I know a lot of Nintendo Switch lovers and owners do not know about this release so I thought I would slip it in. you can pre-order it and while there is a chance it will be released in 2017, chances are its going to be in 2018.

Developed by id software, the studio that pioneered the first-person shooter genre and created multiplayer Death match, DOOM returns as a brutally fun and challenging modern-day shooter experience. Relentless demons, impossibly destructive guns, and fast, fluid movement provide the foundation for intense, first-person combat – whether you’re obliterating demon hordes through the depths of Hell in the single-player campaign, or competing against your friends in numerous multiplayer modes.
