Sonic Mania: Collector’s Edition

I have had a few people tell me that they purchased Sonic Mania and that they are head over heels in love with it. Why wouldn’t you be?! Its SONIC! I mean Sonic is an Icon, just like Mario and Luigi, or those annoying pixelated ducks from Duck Hunt.

Sonic Mania: Collector’s Edition was released on August 15th. If you got a regular copy of the game – outstanding! I really hope you play the heck out of it and enjoy it, I am still deciding if I should get the Xbox One edition.

Summary: Sonic Mania is a side-scrolling platform game developed by Headcannon and PagodaWest Games and published by Sega for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows in August 2017. It was announced in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the Sonic the Hedgehog series...

The Crew 2 Partners With Harley Davidson Motorcycles

The Crew 2, like the first Crew, allows you to drive all over the country on all sorts of vehicles. While originally in The Crew there were just cars, they added other types of cars and finally motorcycles and dirt bikes.

In The Crew 2, as shown in the trailer (below) you will also be able to drive boats and plans in addition to cars and bikes.

“Similar to its predecessor, The Crew 2 is a racing game. In the game, players assume control of a relatively unknown racer, who is trying to work his way to become successful in multiple disciplines. It features a persistent open world environment for racing and free-roaming across a scaled-down recreation of the contiguous United States. In addition to cars, players can also control other kinds of vehicles including planes, motorcycles, and boats...

Ah! Sad news, guys. The Crackdown 3 release has been delayed. Unfortunate, but true. It was supposed to launch on November 7th and it was also supposed to be available with the Xbox One X release date.

“We’re very excited about Crackdown 3, and so are many fans, and so it’s a difficult call to move the release date. However, we want to make sure to deliver the right game, with the right quality, and at the right time[…]Getting the balance right between the three modes is important, and we are going to take the extra development time to ensure that. Gamers can expect Crackdown 3 in Spring of 2018.”

That was a quote by Shannon Loftis the pub manager for Microsoft Studios.

Game Informer Cover – Call Of Duty WW2

For many years I have received a Game Informer. ((Game Informer (GI) is an American monthly video game magazine featuring articles, news, strategy, and reviews of video games and associated consoles. It debuted in August 1991 when FuncoLand started publishing a six-page magazine.))  Its a great way, as a consumer, and a blogger, to stay up to date with new games coming out, ratings and reviews, and more.   For instance, in this particular magazine, #293 you have all sorts of featurettes like a lot of the blogs on Gamers Elite.

Well, you know that old saying, you only get one first impressio...

Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Games (Updated List August 12th 2017)

The newest addition is Battlefield Bad Company. Battlefield is a HUGE name in First Person Shooters. It was released back in 2008 and in my opinion is still an amazing game. Its much different than other shooters like COD and GOW.

Summary: “Bad Company is unique in the series in that it was developed for consoles and features a full single player campaign with characters, as opposed to previous titles which were mostly released for PC and featured warfare focused on multiplayer with large numbers of players...

Nintendo Switch with Gray Joy-Con – In Stock

The Nintendo Switch comes in 2 different color themes, the first one is the red and blue the second is the gray! The gray one with the joy-con keeps getting sold out and I don’t blame the people buying it. My cousin purchased the red and blue one because it was the only option available at the time and truth be told, it doesn’t really look blue and red, more like pink and blue heh. So if you wanted the gray one, its back in stock momentarily but chances are it will get sold out again, so if you want it, now is the time!
