Xbox One X Pre-Orders

Ever since E3 2017, everyone has been asking the same question: When Will The Xbox One X Be Available For Pre-Order?!!!?

Well, we finally just got an answer from the answer man himself; Phil Spencer. Or as I like to call him “Hand Man” haha. Sorry, Phil!

According to Phil their entire plan for the Xbox One X is already underway; they know exactly when they will be allowing it for pre-order, now they are just going through the works trying to figure out who gets what first, who gets pre-order information first, and all that very un-fun stuff, so in the meantime, Phil just wants you to sit back and relax and know that it IS coming soon!

One of the best and biggest features the Xbox One X is offering is 4K capabilities even if your tv is not a 4K tv. This is by far one of the best features of the Xbox One X in my opinion. I mean if you have to go out and buy a brand new Xbox, for $499 and then on top of that you are expected to buy a 4k tv? It’s just unrealistic for most people. I mean even if you get something like a Samsung Electronics UN49MU7600 Curved 49-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2017 Model) its still going to cost around $1000! Even if you go smaller. The Philips 288P6LJEB/28″W HD 2160p HDMI Display 28″ UltraClear 4K display that STILL costs $500+ and its only 28″!

If you missed the Xbox One X demo at E3 or the information posted, here it is again:

6 teraflops GPU clocked at 1.172Ghz
12GBs of GDDR5 memory
326GB/s of memory bandwidth
8 million plus pixels
HDR
Wide color gamut
Premium Dolby Atmos sound
4K UHD Blu-ray playback
Liquid-cooled vapor chamber

Honestly I would LOVE to get one of these, however, it probably won’t be until 2018 for me. One of the biggest reasons for my decision has nothing to do with Microsoft. I Love Microsoft. In 2016 I got an Xbox One. Further down the line closer to Christmas my XB1 actually broke so I had to get a new one (under warranty thank god). So I really cannot see buying a brand new system for $500, when I essentially JUST got a brand new XB1 for Christmas. Makes sense I hope!

As soon as Microsoft starts allowing for pre-orders we will let you know at Gamers Elite.
